Like many of us, the Bravo social media accounts were hyped for Taylor Swift’s newest album The Life of a Showgirl. And they tried their own hand at picking their own group of showgirls amidst the “Bravolebs,” one of them being Erika Jayne. But when speaking with Parade, the Real Housewife admitted she wasn’t sure if the pop star was a RHOBH fan.
“Gosh, I don’t even know,” she replied. “I don’t know that Taylor Swift knows I exist. But, I mean, I think she’s wonderful. It was really nice. It’s nice to see the women on these shows celebrated for creative art and getting out there and having their own platforms.”
People will be able to see Jayne up on a literal platform in a recently announced cameo that she makes in tonight’s episode of On Brand with Jimmy Fallon. The new NBC reality series, hosted by titular talk show host Jimmy Fallon, puts contestants’ marketing skills to the test, creating pitches for some of the biggest brands today. Tonight’s episode, airing at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, will have the groups create new jingles for the iconic fast food brand Sonic. And a sneak peek shows that, to the contestants’ surprise, the person performing the songs would be Jayne herself.
Opening up to Parade about the opportunity, she was grateful for the opportunity to step into the limelight. Even if it came on a tight timeline.
“I had one day,” she revealed. “I flew in the night before and then woke up the next day, recorded both jingles and then shot them. That’s how long we had.”

The cherry on top, of course, was getting to reunite with her RHOBH cast member Bozoma Saint John, who cohosts the show alongside Fallon. Especially, as Jayne mentions, getting to truly see the businesswoman in her element.
“I met Boze and I really didn’t know what she did,” she admitted. “But then I got to see her in action, and that’s a whole different story. And I got to see her on her own terms, not fighting or drama or things like that. She’s very bright, and not only has she brought so much to Beverly Hills, but so much to On Brand. I mean, this was tailor-made for her. It was just really great to see her in her element.”
As for getting to meet Fallon, Jayne revealed that, while the late-night icon is a massive Housewives fan, he did not have any sort of fan meltdown upon seeing her onstage, calling him “an ultimate gentleman and just so professional.” But that doesn’t mean the door isn’t open to having him travel to the West Coast to stop by Beverly Hills.
“I mean, come on, are you kidding?! What a legend. Yes please!”
New episodes of On Brand with Jimmy Fallon air Tuesday and Friday nights on NBC.
