Is Taylor Swift’s New Song “I Knew It, I Knew You” Country?

Pop star and actress Selena Gomez is adding a sweet new project to her growing list of ventures. The 33-year-old has teamed up with Serendipity Ice Cream and delivery company Gopuff to release a new frozen treat inspired by her music.

The product is called I Said I Love Blue First ice cream bars. The name connects to “Bluest Flame,” a song from her 2025 album “I Said I Love You First.” Gomez said the idea came naturally as they looked for a creative way to celebrate the album’s first anniversary.

“When we started talking about creating a new product in honor of the album with ‘Serendipity,’ we knew we wanted to use that song as our inspiration.” Gomez said in an interview. I’m so happy with how it turned out.”

Gomez said she and her collaborators knew how the final product would turn out and hopes fans will enjoy it.

The bars feature a blue vanilla bean ice cream mixed with fudge and cookie pieces, all covered in a chocolate shell. They are sold in boxes of four for $7.49 and can be delivered quickly through Gopuff, sometimes in as little as 15 minutes.

Beyond the new treat, Gomez reflected on the album itself. She said the record is deeply personal and explores both the highs and lows of relationships. The project became even more meaningful because she worked on it with her husband, Benny Blanco.

“This album is personal to me,” Gomez said. “It’s a reflection of everything I’ve felt in relationships, both the good and the complicated parts, and the stage of life I was in when the album wrapped.

The couple married in California in September 2025 after getting engaged the year before.

Gomez also shared that another song from the album, “Sunset Blvd.,” could inspire a future dessert. She said the name already sounds like a flavor and imagined turning it into a cherry pie-themed ice cream.

The singer has been open about her journey back to music. In an earlier interview with Rolling Stone, Gomez said she took a break after her 2020 album “Rare” because she felt unsure about her sound.

She said working with Blanco helped her find direction again.

Along with her music, Gomez continues to act in the hit TV show “Only Murders in the Building” and grow her business ventures.

“This branding deal might sound unusual until you remember Selena Gomez had a cooking show on HBO a few years back,” said cleveland.com | The Plain Dealer entertainment reporter Joey Morona. “Is there anything she can’t do?”
