Tonight’s I’m A Celebrity preview clip has dropped as campmates struggle to contain their shock after being left floored by a cruel twist.
It is they who will pick the stars to go home after Ant and Dec left everyone reeling with news of the double elimination . Ahead of the live finale on Friday, it’s time to cut the camp down some more and emotions are on the rise again after a difficult few day.
Tensions have been simmering in the jungle after David Haye criticised Adam Thomas for not wanting to volunteer for a Bushtucker trial over illness, branding him “useless” – and the boxer may be fearing the worst after a controversial stay in the jungle.
The clip starts by showing Ashley Roberts and Scarlett Moffatt taking on today’s trial, Snakes & Ladders, with Ashley especially determined to conquer her phobia of snakes. She says: “I grew up in the desert and we have snakes everywhere. When you see them, you jump, you’re scared… I had one chase me in the pool when I was a kid and that really scared me”.

But it’s Scarlett who is really struggling and it’s lift on a cliffhanger as she tells the hosts that she doesn’t think she cab continue as bugs fall on her head. Will they both be able to push through, face their fears and win those meals for a very hungry camp?
The clip then sees the hosts return, and they have some bad news to deliver. After being told it is they who decide who goes, the celebs exchange some stunned looks.
Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley was immune from elimination after winning her trial, and is asked to pick one celebrity to save, with that person able to save another, starting a “chain” of stars remaining on the show.
“The camp just gets used to the idea one is going, and then Ant and Dec announce another twist and a second campmate leaves at the same time. It’s a tough moment and leaves the whole camp reeling afterwards. It is a big change to the camp dynamic,” a source told us.
Seann became the first person to leave the all-star series after Harry Redknapp was forced to evict a member of his team as a punishment for losing a task.
Reflecting on the tough choice, he later revealed that he offered to leave himself, as he was struggling to pick someone to go. “So there was a comedian in there called Seann Walsh. Nice guy. So the day before, we were chatting away and he’s only just arrived,” he said on stage at an event. “We lost the trial, and as a forfeit, I’ve got to go back into camp with Ant and Dec and send one of them home.
To make things even more awkward, Harry actually forgot Seann’s name at the crucial moment, declaring that he had chosen to send “Stewart” home. The comic – who first appeared on the main series in 2022 – laughed off the blunder, adding: “Oh fair enough. That’s absolutely fair enough.”.
