Brazilian influencer Juliana Oliveira, known as Juju do Pix, is undergoing another procedure courtesy of Dr. Thiago Marra.
The surgeon shared an update via Instagram on March 18. In the caption translated from Portuguese, Dr. Marra said that things were “developing perfectly” but added a reminder that “the end result still evolves over time… “
He says that full results of the breast augmentation will take three to six months.
A video shows Oliveira recovering on a hospital bed, wearing only neon yellow shorts and bandages on her breasts covering her incisions. Another video shows her wearing a bra for aftercare.

Dr. Marra also shared that he is treating his patient with medications for pain and nausea as well as antibiotics, all of which he says are “fundamental for a safe recovery.”
The surgeon had previously treated Oliveira after her face was reportedly damaged by mineral oil. In an Instagram post from November 2025, Dr. Marra said that the mishap “led to severe deformities and a profound impact on her self-esteem, health and life.”
It is not clear exactly who damaged Oliveira’s face, how or when it happened.
He added that the influencer has “suffered from bullying, hate attacks, persecution and digital crimes” due to her deformity.
After the reconstructive surgery, Dr. Marra took to social media share that Oliveira was recovering well. In addition to before and after photos, he reported that her scars were healing properly and there was no necrosis or infection.
“Everything is progressing safely and positively, even though it was a complex surgery,” he wrote in the caption.
Dr. Marra added that further procedures would be done to improve Oliveira’s condition.
