Martínez’s mom, Jessenia Leiva, shared the news of her son’s death in a series of posts to her Facebook account, calling him her “beautiful love” and sharing information about a planned funeral service.
“Thank you all for your love,” she wrote. “God needed my angel.”
On April 15, Martínez was driving in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, when the front of the truck collided with a tree, authorities told local outlet Tu Nota. Martínez was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle, which also had two other occupants, the outlet reported.

Tu Nota also reported that the driver was given a breathalyzer test, which came back negative, and authorities believed that “excessive speed” caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
Martínez maintained a combined following of over 100,000 across his TikTok and Instagram accounts, where he was known for sharing lifestyle and comedy content. He seemingly last updated his accounts on April 15, sharing a video with an anthropomorphized robot.
In the comments, fans posted tributes to the late internet personality.
