THE focus is once again on vocal performances as Inverclyde’s best young musical talent takes to the stage today for the second day of the Inverclyde Music Festival.
The Greenock Town Hall Saloon is the venue for all of today’s classes, with full details as follows:
9.30am, 10.35am and 11.35am – Vocal solo, P7 and under (Ralston Primary School Trophy).
10.15am – Vocal solo, P4 and under. 10.20am – Vocal solo, P5 and under (L.C. Calder Trophy).
11.15am – Vocal solo, P6 and under (Cecilia Campbell Memorial Trophy).
1.30pm and 2.45pm – Sing with a Partner, 12 years and under.
2.15pm – Vocal solo (songs from musicals/Disney films), P5 and under (Con Gill (Little White Bull) Trophy).
3.30pm – Vocal solo (songs from musicals/Disney films), P6 and under.
6.30pm – Vocal solo (Hits from the Charts), 18 years and under.
8pm – Anything Goes (non-competitive).
8.05pm – Vocal solo (self-accompanied, any instrument, open to all voices), 16 and over.
