I’m A Celebrity All Stars has been rocked by an unexpected exit after a campmate was forced to quit.
The I’m A Celebrity camp faces a shocking moment during tonight’s programme when one participant is compelled to withdraw from the series on medical advice.
The announcement comes as a complete surprise to the entire group and prompts considerable emotion amongst the campmates.
The incident occurs at the beginning of the day when one distressed contestant calls everyone together. They inform the group: “I’ve just got something to tell you all.
“I didn’t feel very well this morning… and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home.”
With tears in their eyes they add: “I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.”
The remaining campmates embrace the celebrity before their departure from the programme, leaving everyone stunned, reports the Mirror, which has chosen not to reveal the star’s identity to allow viewers to witness the dramatic scenes unfold on ITV this evening.

The unexpected withdrawal means eight contestants remain in the competition, all vying to be crowned a ‘legend’ during Friday’s live final.
They’re set to tackle a trial dubbed Rancid Run, which was teased during Monday evening’s broadcast and involves the celebrities competing in duos.
Further eliminations are anticipated throughout the week, ultimately narrowing the field to four finalists battling for the crown. In previous Australian editions of the programme, other celebrities have similarly departed on medical grounds.
During Monday evening’s broadcast, David Haye and Gemma Collins were voted out of the camp. Last week saw comedian Seann Walsh become the first celebrity eliminated from the South African series.
This year’s All Stars series has witnessed former boxer David Haye facing criticism for his choice of words while in camp. Last week, he described his girlfriend Sian as an “ugly duckling,” prompting a stunned response from fellow campmates. While he called Sian “lovely,” he went on to say she “has the personality of a proper ugly bird.”
He explained: “Most ugly girls realise they’ve gotta have a personality and the banter to tell jokes and s**t, so people overlook the fact that they’re not aesthetically amazing straight away.
“It’s called ugly duckling syndrome, where girls are ugly when they start off, then they get pretty as they get older, but they’ve still got the personality of when they were ugly.”
In another incident, he faced backlash for his treatment of Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas, who pulled out of a Bushtucker Trial due to dehydration and low energy levels caused by his autoimmune condition.
David lashed out, branding Adam “useless” and stating he didn’t “give a s**t” if he felt unwell. Following his departure from the show, he insisted there was “no bad blood” between himself and Adam. Haye remarked: “I’ve been immersed in tough boxing gyms since I was ten years old.
“Literally fighting daily, much bigger men than myself, pushing myself to the limits, physically and mentally. I won the world heavyweight championship against a seven-foot Russian giant. So when a grown man tells me that a fun TV show – where we’re being paid handsomely every single day – is the hardest thing he’s ever been through, it’s just not a frequency I recognise.”
I’m A Celebrity returns to ITV and ITVX this evening at 9pm.
