Jaclyn Hill revealed that she had gotten filler resolved along her jaw after old fillers had migrated from her smile lines

“I feel like I’ve gotten so much filler throughout the years trying to achieve this look, and it’s just, like, my natural look,” said Hill after dissolving the filler. “I am so excited”
Jaclyn Hill is reversing an old cosmetic procedure.
On Sunday, March 1, the 35-year-old beauty influencer took her TikTok followers along as she dissolved some of her dermal fillers, which she said had migrated over time from one region of her face to another.
Ahead of her appointment, Hill shared that her face had “changed a lot” after losing weight over the last few years, and she had started to notice a “bulge” that had formed along her jaw below her smile lines — even though she maintains she never had filler injected in that region of her face. In the doctor’s chair, an ultrasound confirmed her suspicions: There was, in fact, filler that was causing the lump to form on her face.

“Oh my gosh, I knew this was filler migration. I’m not crazy,” Hill said during the appointment. “I’m so happy right now.”
After identifying the extraneous filler, doctors had it dissolved, and Hill was immediately over the moon about the results. “I feel like I’ve gotten so much filler throughout the years trying to achieve this look, and it’s just, like, my natural look,” she shared. “I am so excited… Worth every penny.”

In January, Hill — who rose to fame as one of the original beauty creators on YouTube in the early 2010s — shared the process of getting microneedling on her face. In the immediate aftermath, her face was incredibly red. But after six days, she remarked that the procedure left her skin feeling “tight” and with a glow.
The influencer has also been transparent about her weight loss journey, revealing in May 2025 that she had used a GLP-1 for three months after she struggled to lose weight on various diet and exercise plans.
