Oct. 21 (UPI) — Apple TV’s Shrinking, an Emmy Award-nominated comedy series starring Jason Segel and Harrison Ford, returns for Season 3 on Jan. 28.
The streaming service announced Tuesday that the show will have a 1-hour premiere followed by new episodes each Wednesday through April 8.
“Shrinking follows a grieving therapist (played by Segel) who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks,” a synopsis of the series says. “Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.”
Returning for Season 3 will be Brett Goldstein — who also created the series alongside Bill Lawrence — Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick and Segel’s How I Met Your Mother co-star Cobie Smulders. Joining the cast this season are Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox.
