JB Smoove is keen to make more unscripted television after striking a first-look deal with Fox Entertainment Studios.
The Curb Your Enthusiasm star will develop and produce an unscripted slate for the studio through his production company Alternate Side Productions as part of the multi-year deal.
It comes after Smoove, known for his improv comedy style, hosted Amazon game show Buy It Now, which ran for one season in 2024.
Smoove will exec produce series through the deal with his production partners Rick Dorfman and Miles Grose.
It marks the latest deal for FES, which has recently partnered with stars such as Tracee Ellis Ross, Ponyboi star River Gallo, and Taraji P. Henson.
