Jon Bon Jovi’s namesake bar on Broadway is for sale for $130 million.
The listing, which hit the market on Sept. 30, is a sale/leaseback, meaning the building is up for sale but JBJ’s will continue operating as the tenant.
The 36,767-square-foot, five-story establishment which opened in 2024 has a full-service restaurant and bar with a multi-million-dollar industrial kitchen mentioned in the listing as the largest full-service kitchen on Broadway. Bon Jovi partnered with Nashville real estate development firm BPH Hospitality, a wholly owned subsidiary of Big Plan Holdings, which purchased the empty lot at 405 Broadway in 2020. The bar has frontage on both Broadway and Fourth Avenue.
Bon Jovi oversaw the design process and collaborated with developer BPH Hospitality on how the space would end up functioning. He also provided all of the memorabilia that lines the walls of the space.

During a grand opening tour, Bon Jovi and several bandmates were on-hand for their first official look at the finished product. Bon Jovi told The Tennessean it was like “Christmas morning.”
“I knew this space as a parking lot,” he said. “We came once during the construction, but we haven’t seen the finished product until today.”
