“How do I get back to the presence?” she asked in the caption of her September 1 post. “List five things I’m grateful for, dance, write a love letter, take a bath, call a friend, slow down to listen to the guidance that’s always there when we’re quiet. Tell me some of your favorite ways to get back.”
The rest of the post offered a wholesome, almost meditative vibe with shots of her swimming, holding a ladybug, a stack of delicious blueberry pancakes, soaking in a bubble bath and more moments that just screamed self-care. And clearly, her followers were feeling it. Many jumped into the comments to share their own go-to practices for getting back into the moment.

This isn’t the first time Jenna’s posts have hit fans right in the feels. Back on July 18, she posted a sunny little photo dump captioned “Summer ‘25 don’t go!” featuring adorable snaps of her 5-year-old son Callum and baby daughter Rihannon, whom she shares with fiancé Steve Kazee.
