They finally took it to the mat.
“Jersey Shore” star Jenni “JWoww” Farley, 41, tied the knot with wrestler and long-time beau, Zack Carpinello, 31, in a secret wedding ceremony in Old Bridge, a township in New Jersey, the couple revealed in a People story on Wednesday, June 24.
The two had been a couple since April 2019.
“We wanted the day to feel personal, memorable, and full of joy, and there’s something really special about sharing such a meaningful surprise with the people we love most,” the newlyweds told the outlet.
Guests didn’t know they were going to a wedding. Instead, they were told that they were attending a screening of Farley’s upcoming movie, “Nanny Cam,” which she directs.
Members of the “Jersey Shore” cast were there. Farley walked down the aisle to Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful,” the same song castmate Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi first danced to at her wedding.
“We envisioned a small, meaningful celebration focused on the people who matter most to us,” Farley said. “We weren’t interested in throwing the biggest wedding possible. We wanted an unforgettable moment shared with our closest family and friends. The goal was creating memories, not creating a production.”
Farley wore a sheer, lace-embellished off-shoulder gown with a sweeping train from Castle Couture of Manalapan. The groom wore a black suit with a black shirt and an orange tie.
Farley’s two children, 11-year-old daughter Meilani and 10-year-old son Greyson – whom she shares with ex-husband Roger Mathews – also attended.
“This wedding is about our family, not just the two of us,” the newlyweds said. “We wanted the day to celebrate not only our love story but also the family we’ve built together over the last seven years.”
New Jersey’s Old Bridge Mayor Eleanor “Debbie” Walker officiated the wedding.
Farley and Carpinello started seeing each other in the midst of Farley’s divorce from Mathews, which included police being called to Farley and Mathews’ home. Farley announced that she and Carpinello were a couple in 2019 on the “It’s Happening with Snooki and Joey” podcast.
Farley initially referred to him as “24,” as that was his age when they became romantically involved. She was 34 at the time. He proposed, and she said yes, on top of the Empire State Building in February 2021.
The couple and the kids, who live near castmates Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Angelina Pivarnick, all appear on the “Jersey Shore” spin-off, “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” which is currently airing on MTV.
