Jessie Buckley Holds Court in Chanel Dress at the Oscars 2026

Jessie Buckley wore a two-tone Chanel dress on the 2026 Academy Awards red carpet on Sunday night in Los Angeles.

The two-time Oscar nominated actress’ gown featured both red and pink colorblocking, with a red ruched off-the-shoulder bodice and a pink waist that transitioned into a flowing skirt that trailed Buckley down the red carpet.

Along with the warm two-tone motif, contrasting fabric gave the gown a modern edge. With the dress as the centerpiece of her attire, Buckley opted for delicate accessories, wearing a diamond necklace and coordinated stud earrings.

In her 2026 awards season collaborations with stylist Danielle Goldberg, Buckley has worn a bevy of designer pieces with sinuous lines and sculptural structures. Dresses by Dior, Chanel and Balenciaga have all been incorporated into Buckley’s red carpet looks, worn to the Golden Globe Awards, BAFTAs and the Actor Awards, respectively.

As 2026 awards season comes to a close, Buckley is already hot on the promotional tour for her next film “The Bride!” Thus far, the actress has attended the London photo call and premiere for the film, along with the New York City screening of the Maggie Gyllenhaal-directed feature wearing designs by Diotima, Maison Margiela and Chanel.

Buckley attends Sunday night’s Oscars with her second Academy Award nomination under her belt. The actress previously earned an Oscar nod for her supporting performance in the film “The Lost Daughter,” based on the novella by Elena Ferrante. For her performance in Oscar-winner Chloé Zhao’s “Hamnet,” Buckley has already won the Golden Globe Award, BAFTA and Actor Award in the leading role category.

The 2026 Academy Awards honor the best films of 2025 from “One Battle After Another” to “Hamnet” and more. Hosted by Conan O’Brien, who returns for a second consecutive year as master of ceremonies, the awards show takes place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. “Sinners” leads the night’s nominations, with a record-setting 16 nods including Best Picture. The 2026 Oscars air Sunday night at 7 p.m. ET on ABC and Hulu.
