Jessie James Decker shared her postpartum fitness journey after gaining 55 lbs. during each of her pregnancies, including her most recent one in 2024

The country singer also announced on Instagram that she launched JJD FIT Club to inspire women to stay motivated and build strength through consistent workouts
Jessie James Decker is getting candid about her postpartum body.
On Sunday, June 14, the “Lose Control” singer, 38, shared a video on Instagram about her physical transformation following the birth of her most recent child, Denver Calloway Decker, in February 2024.
She kicked off the video with clips of her filming her postpartum body after giving birth. She then transitioned to clips of her working out at the gym and lifting weights, as she gained muscle and her body slowly transformed.
The videos also showed how the workouts gradually became easier for her as she kept up the consistency.
The video, which also included cute clips of her lifting weights with her children and her rolling a stroller with her newborn up a hill, ended by showing her leaner figure several months after the birth.
Jessie — who shares children Vivianne, 12, Eric Jr., 10, Forrest, 8, and Denver, 2, with husband and former NFL player Eric Decker — noted in the caption for the video that she was “anxious to share it” and noted that it was “as raw and real as it gets.”
“I’ve always been a naturally petite fit, could eat whatever I wanted and stay in shape kinda girl,” she wrote. “So when I got pregnant and gained over 55 pounds almost every single time, and it didn’t magically fall off afterward, I learned fast that I actually had to put in real effort and work my ass off to get back to where I wanted to be.”
“I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your clothes. I know what it’s like to put in the work day after day, wonder if it’s ever going to happen, and feel completely defeated. I’ve had to do it four different times over a decade,” she continued. “But settling has never been something I do very well.”

The mom of four said that she worked hard to find out what could help her stay consistent with her workouts, and this eventually led her to create JJD FIT Club.
“I believe if you want something badly enough, you have to be willing to work for it. And feeling strong, energized, and confident is so important to me. Fitness has always been a part of my life, but it took me a long time to find what I truly enjoyed and what kept me wanting to show up consistently,” Jessie said.
“I’m not a bodybuilder. I’m not a fitness expert, I’m just a mom of four who loves feeling strong, ready to conquer whatever life brings my way, and motivated by other women,” she added.

The country singer said that she hoped that JJD FIT Club would help others “get stronger,” “stay motivated,” and be a place where people can “support one another.”
“Whether you’re starting over, chasing a new goal, or simply looking for a community of amazing women, I’m SO happy you’re here. Let’s get stronger together,” she said before announcing that JJD FIT Club was “officially live.”
Jessie’s post comes four months after she celebrated her son Denver’s second birthday party with a Toy Story-themed celebration.
“Denver’s 2!!!! Happy birthday to our beautiful boy Denver Calloway Decker aka Nuggie🥳🎈🎂 You are the sunshine of our lives☀️☀️☀️,” she wrote in the caption.
