“Today at the White House, President Trump hosted an event to celebrate Women’s History Month,” the “Tonight Show” host began on Thursday. “Yep, they discussed everything except Trump’s history with women.”
He let the line hang in the room before moving on.
The White House ceremony on Thursday featured Trump receiving an Order of Ikkos medal ― a token of gratitude ― from Canadian-turned-American bobsledder Kaillie Humphries, who won two bronze medals at the Winter Olympics last month to go with three golds and a bronze from previous Games.
Humphries noted she “legally immigrated” to the U.S. and thanked Trump for “standing up to keep biological women in women’s sports to keep the field of play safe and allow for fair competition.”
