John Stamos spoke out about how “devastated” his good friend Lori Loughlin is over her divorce from Mossimo Giannulli on an episode of the Good Guys podcast released on Monday, October 20.
“Forty years I’ve known her,” the ER alum, 62, said of his Full House costar, 61. “This woman’s a saint. I’m just heartbroken for her right now.”
“For a girl who has lived her life really well [and is] a good person, good mother, good wife — I know all this for a fact — to be thrown into, now this separation and blowing up her family this way … I just hate to see her go through this,” he continued.
As a source previously told Globe, Loughlin and Giannulli’s involvement in the Varsity Blues college admissions scandal — for which they both pleaded guilty to fraud and served jail time — took a “wrecking ball” to their marriage, said a source, who expected the split to get “nasty.”

And Stamos blamed the fashion designer, 62, for everything.
“He’s a terrible narcissist. I told her, whatever negativity or hardships that you’ve been through in your life, it’s connected to this guy,” the Beach Boys drummer said, though he claimed not to know if cheating was involved.
“Whatever he did to her, it busted her up to the core. She put up with a lot over the years with this guy,” Stamos continued. “I pray that he realizes that what he had was everything that anyone could ever hope for and that he gets some help. I think this guy needs help.”
