The rally was organized by No Kings, a coalition of progressive organizations across the nation. Event planners announced that more than 2,600 gatherings were scheduled in all 50 states.
The organization has criticized Trump’s previous exercise of executive authority, immigration enforcement operations, reductions to federal initiatives, and efforts to challenge the 2020 election as authoritarian behavior. Demonstrators in multiple cities held up signs bearing messages such as “Liberty,
“No More Kings,” and “Your Neighbor,” highlighting collective civic duty.
Numerous protesters donned yellow clothing to represent solidarity.

“We blessed it because we get it, you know? They’re sorta mature beyond their years,” Bon Jovi shared on the show.
