TULSA – Known for his unmistakable, buttery baritone and timeless hits like “Long Black Train” and “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” platinum-selling and Grammy-nominated powerhouse Josh Turner heads to Hard Rock Live inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa at 8 p.m., Feb. 19.
Tickets start at $39.50 and go on sale Sept. 26.
Turner has carved a place among country music’s most celebrated artists. With five No. 1 singles, including the enduring fan favorite “Your Man,” Turner’s music continues to resonate across generations. His career boasts more than 6 billion global streams, solidifying his status as one of country music’s most-streamed artists.
Turner’s debut album, “Long Black Train,” marked its 22nd anniversary this year, achieving platinum certification from the RIAA with nearly 1.5 million album sales, 1.4 million track downloads and more than 331 million streams to date. The title track was certified double-platinum with more than 1.1 million downloads and 275 million streams worldwide.
This year also marks the 20th anniversary of “Your Man.” Turner recently reimagined its iconic music video alongside his wife, Jennifer, who starred in the original.
His latest release, “This Country Music Thing,” debuted in the Top 10 on the Country Albums chart and has already garnered 10 million global streams. The project features standout tracks such as “Two Steppin’ on the Moon,” which earned Turner the unique honor of performing live for NASA astronauts aboard the International Space Station from Mission Control in Houston. Another highlight, “Unsung Hero,” written about his grandfather’s service in World War II, was featured on NBC’s “Today” for Veterans Day and debuted with a moving music video on CMT and the Paramount Times Square billboard in New York City.
A South Carolina native, Turner has been honored with some of the state’s highest accolades, including the Order of the Palmetto (2023) and induction into the South Carolina Entertainment and Music Hall of Fame (2024).
