Kane Brown has undergone a pretty impressive body transformation, and he has been sharing it with fans.
But not everyone believes the county music star is being totally truthful about how he is getting the job done. After Brown showed off some impressive before and after shots revealing an incredible transformation after just four months, at least one of those people called him ot.
“Absolute joke,” the person wrote. “I fully support anyone who wants to do performance enhancing drugs. What I don’t support is them doing them and acting like they didn’t, making people think this is possible. This isn’t even remotely possible even with world class genetics. This is a serious ass cycle to transform like this in 4 months. Just don’t lie. #fakenatty.”
Brown shared a screen shot of that comment to his Instagram stories and responded, “I fn love it!!!! Please on God drug test me.”
Taste of Country noted that Brown has at least claimed a commitment to a rigorous regimen in rebuilding his body. That included a 60-hour fast to start things off. The site said Brown claimed to ingest only black coffee and water during that period.
The outlet said Brown also revealed that he eats mostly “meat and veggies” and that if he eats carbs, he does it “early in the day so they are gone by the time I go to sleep. I don’t eat after 8 PM either.”
Brown also said he gave up alcohol during his transformation.
And, apparently, despite the incredible results, he has not gone with performance enhancing drugs.
