Kate Gosselin is looking for support.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum shared an update on her health alongside a snap of her in a dimly lit hospital room.
“Please pray for me tonight and tomorrow,” Kate wrote on TikTok Sept. 29. “I will be fine, but I’m scared and would appreciate your prayers. Thanks, guys.”
The reality star’s photo showed her resting arm with an IV in place, as well as a pulse oximeter clipped to her finger. Alongside the post, she confirmed that she’ll provide more information soon enough.
“Don’t worry, story time to follow when I’m able,” she emphasized in the caption. “Love you guys! I’ll be back as soon as I can!”
The 50-year-old—who was previously married to Jon Gosselin from 1999 to 2009—has continued to connect with fans through social media, including sharing a glimpse into her personal relationships.
“I am dating somebody for the past year—little over a year,” she revealed earlier this month during a TikTok Q&A video, noting that they had been together for about “14, 15 months.”

“It’s somebody that I’ve known for a really long time and I am very, very happy,” she added. “He doesn’t really want to be on TikToks, I can’t blame him.”
Kate—who shares twins Mady and Cara, 24, as well as 21-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Collin, Aaden and Joel—noted that viewers may “catch a peek of him here and there.”
She’s also provided a rare look at her kids, including a photo of Aaden and Joel kissing their dog Meika in a Sept. 16 TikTok post.

“Our first road trip with Meika,” she explained in the video. “Kids came home to say goodbye. Tried to tell me they wouldn’t miss her…suuuuurrreee.”
As Kate looks forward to a new chapter in her life, she always takes a moment to embrace her past. For instance, she posted throwback photos of the kids at their Pennsylvania home, when the sextuplets were 6 years old and the twins were 9.
“They are the most precious pictures,” she reflected in the August TikTok video. “I totally had forgotten about them. I came across them the other day, and I cannot wait to share them because the kids are so happy with the results and they’re so cute and it was such a fun little silly summer project to do together. I totally forgot about it.”
