Kate Hudson’s The Running Point Sets Netflix Season 2 Release Date

Kate Hudson had a very busy 2025, as she debuted the critically acclaimed film Song Sung Blue, for which she scored an Oscar nomination, and the Netflix sports drama series Running Point. The latter has just received a major release update.

Ahead of Running Point‘s one-year anniversary, Netflix officially confirmed Season 2 will drop on Apr. 23. The show was a slam dunk for Netflix, which rushed to renew it just days after its debut on Feb. 27, 2025. Filming for Season 2 kicked off last summer in August.
