Kate Middleton hailed as the royal family’s ‘secret weapon’

Kate Middleton is a huge asset to the monarchy.

As the Princess of Wales embarks on her official tour of Italy, commentator Rafe Haydel-Mankoo claimed Kate is hailed as one of The Firm’s biggest draws.

“She is the secret weapon of the royal family,” he told GB News.

“I think her cancer diagnosis and her treatment humanized her in a way very few other royal experiences ever could,” the expert pointed out.

“I think undertaking that on her own, really underscores the point of her in a renewed strength and also more importantly, of her value to the monarchy and her ability to conduct such activities,” Heydel-Mankoo said.

The mother of three’s Italian visit is her first since announcing her illness was in remission last year.

“[The trip] signifies her ongoing recovery” the commentator said.

“By stepping back onto the international stage, I think she’s sending a message of quiet strength and resilience and continuity,” Heydel-Mankoo claimed.

Following Kate’s much-needed pause from royal duties, she’s ready to fill her plate with more responsibilities.

“As her royal highness’s strength improves, she knows full well that she needs to play a full part in putting her back to the wheel,” the journalist noted.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told the outlet that this is the former Duchess of Cambridge’s moment to show what kind of queen she’ll one day be.

“[The Italy trip] is terribly personally important because it shows, not only she’s got stronger, but also, there’s one thing getting stronger when you’ve been ill, but it takes time to build up your confidence, and this clearly sends a sign that there’ll be more of this,” he told The People’s Channel via GB News.
