This Valentine’s season, global girl group Katseye are encouraging fans to embrace their personal style, and mix and match accessories with their friends, through a new mini charms collection styled for Pandora.

Fans of the group (endearingly referred to as Eyekons) will know that each member—Sophia, Lara, Daniela, Manon, Yoonchae, and Megan—is tied to a specific “Dream Charm,” a symbol that represents them, from “dual cherries” to a “soothing shell” and a “guardian shield.”

Now, at Pandora, fans can find each member’s iconography represented within the house’s mini charms collection, and they can be styled across bracelets, necklaces, hoop earrings, and more.

“All the charms really complement each other,” leader Sophia tells Harper’s Bazaar when the group sits down for an interview ahead of the campaign launch. “If you wear all six together, they go very well together.”

Megan notes that this collaboration not only celebrates their individual styles, but also the ways in which their approach to fashion and jewelry has progressed.

“Our style has grown as our identity as a group has evolved,” she says. “Early on, the focus was about introducing each of us with clean silhouettes, confident fits, and looks that felt fresh and global. As we’ve evolved, our fashion has become more expressive and intentional, blending performance-ready pieces with personal details that reflect our individuality and culture.”

Each member’s individual approach can certainly be seen in the way they style the charms. “Recently, I love putting charms on my nose ring,” Lara says. “I have a hoop, and then I’ll put little charms on it and dangle [them].”

“For me, I personally really, really love mixing gold and silver jewelry,” Daniela adds. “I also love putting charms on my bags.”

From hearing each member speak up, you can see the endless ways in which these customizable charms can be worn. “I like to put it on my skirt or on my belt too,” Sophia notes. “I love the fact that we can customize [them] and write whatever we want or put whatever charms we want.” (Other available options, in addition to the member’s chosen symbols, include charms in the shapes of letters, hearts, stars, and more.)

While the mini charms may represent something different for each member of Katseye, the girls actually had the opportunity to style them for each other when it came time to do their Valentine’s shoot.

“We got to choose charms for each other and that was really fun because we know each other so much,” Yoonchae says.

Manon notes that this comes from borrowing from each other’s outfits all the time. “I feel like we just honestly share so many of our clothes that we all look alike,” she jokes.

Historically, many of the group’s outfits have been inspired by turn-of-the-century aesthetics and trends. “Y2K definitely is one of the biggest things we take inspiration from,” Sophia notes. “Especially because, a lot of the girl groups that we look up to kind of give off that energy, and we want to continue to bring that back and celebrate that.”

But while charms might have been a popular accessory of that time, Sophia adds that they continue to be chic thanks to their lasting power. “[They’re] very timeless.”

Available to purchase online and through retail stores, the charms range from $20 to $35 in price, and this aligns with the group’s intention to do collaborations that resonate with fans, while also being accessible.

“It’s just so important to us that we reach all of our audience,” Sophia says. “We want our designs and our collaborations and creations to be something that everybody can have.”

Of course, friendship and connection has always been at the center of Katseye’s ethos, and Lara points out that it’s meaningful that this campaign is tied to Valentine’s Day. “I think friendship and sisterhood is the truest form of love,” she says. “Especially with the six of us, we’ve built such a family with each other and our friendship is the backbone of Katseye. It’s the most important thing and our relationship is the most important thing to everything we do and to our music, our performances. Celebrating that is so beautiful and important to us. Like, Galentine’s Day? That’s where the real fun is and the real love is.”
