Kellogg Community College Theatre has announced its 2025-26 season.
The season will feature two mainstage productions and two student showcases at the Binda Performing Arts Center, 450 North Ave. in Battle Creek, according to a community announcement.
The fall production is “Rehearsal for Murder,” a murder-mystery adapted from a made-for-TV movie that aired in the early 1980s. The plot centers on a playwright who tries to prove his lover, an actress, was murdered. Auditions for “Rehearsal for Murder” are open to students and community members and will be held Oct. 2-3. The show will run Nov. 14-16 and 21-23.
In the spring, KCC Theatre will present the comedic musical “Disaster!” This jukebox musical features popular 1970s hits and pays homage to disaster movies of that era. Auditions for “Disaster!” will take place Dec. 4-5, with performances scheduled for March 6-8 and 13-15.
Returning each semester are the popular “Mich Mash” performances, where KCC Theatre students present 60 short plays in 60 minutes. The fall “Mich Mash” will be held Dec. 12, and the spring “Mich Mash” is set for May 8.
