Keke Palmer is giving fans a rare look inside her personal life, opening the doors of her Los Angeles home for a new Architectural Digest feature. The sprawling ranch-style property, which Palmer describes as having the energy of a classic family sitcom, serves as both a retreat from her busy career and a gathering place for the people closest to her.
The actor and entertainer revealed that family was at the center of her vision when designing the home. With space for her son, Leodis, as well as her sisters and their children, Palmer wanted a house that felt welcoming without sacrificing comfort.
“My house is kind of like Full House,” she told Architectural Digest. “Except instead of three uncles, we’ve got three aunts.” She added that she wanted the residence to capture that communal spirit while still feeling elevated, explaining that “the value supports the people in it.”
Photos from the feature showcase a home filled with personal touches, including a room designed for Leodis, a display of Palmer’s career achievements, and an Airstream trailer parked outside the property.
Designers Michele Booth and Anna Viola of Rylston Road Interiors helped transform the house into a space that balances family life with Palmer’s fast-moving professional schedule.
Booth described the finished product as “grounded, expressive, and effortlessly warm,” adding that the goal was to create a sanctuary where Palmer could recharge with family and friends.
The home reveal arrives during an especially active period in Palmer’s career. Over the past year, she has starred in the Peacock comedy series The ‘Burbs, which has already secured a second season, and appeared in the film I Love Boosters.
That emphasis on wellness has become a recurring theme in Palmer’s recent projects. Earlier this year, while unveiling her Fabletics collaboration, Palmer spoke about creating routines that help her stay connected to herself. She explained that fitness became less about appearance and more about establishing habits that support her overall well-being. Pilates, walking, meal preparation, and intentional downtime have all become part of that approach.
The newly revealed home appears to reflect the same philosophy. “It was really about making the place feel calming, supportive, and homey,” Palmer said.
