When it comes to Kardashian family beauty treatments, Kris Jenner’s facelift is old news by now — because Khloé Kardashian says hold my cerveza! She’s at it again with another wild beauty treatment, and this time she’s crossing borders to get it.
On Tuesday, August 27, the reality star, 41, took to Instagram to dish on her recent trip to Mexico for “muse stem cell treatment” — which is not yet approved in the U.S. (According to Cleveland Clinic, muse cells are like the body’s built-in repair crews, rushing to injured areas and turning into whatever type of cell is needed to help with healing.)
“I work out 5 days a week so having something to help with recovery, inflammation and overall wellness, is next level,” Khloé wrote in her post, adding that she’s also excited about the “bonus of anti-aging” benefits.
“My dream is that one day treatments like this will be accessible and affordable to everyone, everywhere,” the reality star continued, adding: “Coming back soooooooon. I have fallen in love with stem cells.”
Big sis Kim Kardashian, 44, made the same Mexico trip two weeks earlier, revealing the treatment helped with her chronic back pain. “I experienced relief right away, and the unbearable pain is finally gone,” Kim raved on Instagram.

The stem cell obsession is just Khloé’s latest beauty experiment. Earlier this year, she came clean about her cosmetic procedures, admitting to a nose job, Botox, and skin tightening treatments.
“In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery,” she wrote, “but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.”
As Star has reported, Khloé’s perfectionist streak extends far beyond medical treatments. Sources reveal she spends hours setting up the “perfect shot” for social media.
“She’ll take hundreds of nearly identical photos, then obsess over which one to post,” a source previously told Star.
