It looks like Kid Rock isn’t escaping the wrath of trolls any time soon.

The 55-year-old rocker has been slammed once again after he flocked to his Instagram account to brag about being top of the charts following his performance at Turning Point USA’s (TPUSA) All-American Halftime Show on Sunday, February 8, 2026, where he was also accused of forgetting his own lyrics.

In his latest post, shared with his 1.7 million Instagram followers, Kid Rock, born Robert James Ritchie, uploaded a screenshot from what appeared to be Apple iTunes showing his song Til’ You Can’t at the top of the charts.

In the third spot was his rival Bad Bunny’s song DtMF and in fourth was the rapper’s other song Tití Me Preguntó.

Next to the screengrab, Kid Rock wrote, “I could care less about the charts but I can’t miss out on the fun of posting this! Thank you!! God Is Good. PS: I will be on Fox News @lauraingraham tonight.”

While it appears Kid Rock may have beaten Bad Bunny in the charts as per the screenshot, trolls were quick to point out an awkward gaffe made by the Bawitdaba singer.

“The fact that you buy your own songs,” one critic mocked in the comment section, referring to the fact that next to the song was the option to “play” and not to buy for whatever amount Apple charges for the track. Next to Bad Bunny’s songs was the option to purchase for $1.29.

A second user pointed out, “All of my charts show Bad Bunny? I’m confused at which chart this is?” with another adding, “Bad Bunny has 2 songs in the top 4 … kid only has 1.”

“Screenshot from an outdated app btw,” someone else mocked, prompting a fourth to pen, “Hahaha. You see who’s album is no.1 though?” which was Bad Bunny’s DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS.

The All-American Halftime Show was organized by TPUSA in response to dissatisfaction among some conservative commentators over the NFL’s choice of Bad Bunny as the Super Bowl LX halftime headliner.

Critics on the right argued that the reggaeton star’s predominantly Spanish-language set did not reflect what they described as traditional American values. Some Fox commentators were even unaware that Puerto Rico was a U.S. territory.

According to a TPUSA press release, the alternative halftime event was designed to provide a more traditional option for viewers. The show was streamed on TPUSA’s YouTube and social media channels, as well as conservative media outlets including Daily Wire+, One America News Network, and TBN.

TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet said the event was meant to celebrate conservative ideals. He told reporters the show was an opportunity to highlight “faith, family, and freedom,” adding that the lineup was curated to appeal to audiences looking for an alternative to mainstream Super Bowl entertainment.
