There’s nothing like a good old-fashioned Instagram hard-launch. Yesterday, Kim Kardashian shared a photo dump simply captioned “lately,” which featured selfies, family pics, and shots with friends. But while images like her walking up to a private jet in slippers, or her hair still wrapped in a towel and her Birkin left open, were pretty note-worthy, the focal point came a couple swipes later. Warranting both a video and a still, memories captured from a summertime bike ride with her boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton, were used to make their relationship social media official.
In the video clip, the Formula 1 driver balances his Citi Bike with one hand, holding the camera up with the other. He blocks the sun with a blue-and-white baseball cap from Los Angeles-based label Nahmias, embroidered with the word “Miracle,” which he paired with a mesh Stussy jersey printed with the number 80 in red.
Behind him, Kardashian smiles in a navy-blue tracksuit with oversize sunglasses and her hair braided down one side. As she looks into the camera, she evidently loses her balance, swerving into the back of her boyfriend’s bike. She shared a still image from the moment, too.
The Skims founder has known Hamilton for over a decade, but the two were first rumored to be romantically linked this past February. A month after ringing in the year at Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colorado, they took what appeared to be a romantic European getaway, spotted in the Cotswolds and Paris. Since then, they continued to fuel dating rumors with appearances at the 2026 Super Bowl and Coachella—though they hadn’t officially discussed their relationship with the public.
