The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s massive alleged monthly income was revealed as part of his bitter divorce battle, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
Us obtained court documents filed in Mowitz’s divorce from his estranged wife, Jillian Green. The filing showed a temporary court order was entered over child support for their two kids, born in 2021.
Per the paperwork, Mowitz’s income was listed as $130,000 per month.
Mowitz is the managing partner and CEO at Imperium Blue. Per the company website, Zolciak’s boyfriend “is responsible for Imperium Blue’s overall structuring, acquisition, and financing activities domestically and abroad.”
The website said, “The family office currently owns and manages over $4.5 billion in assets through its portfolio companies and its wealth management platform.”
Green’s monthly income was listed as $1,257. She said she did not work outside the home and has not worked outside the home since they moved to Georgia prior to the children being born.
The temporary order awarded the exes joint legal and physical custody of the children.

In a separate court filing, Green accused Mowitz of creating a trust before the divorce. She said he transferred a substantial amount of assets into the trust, which she said has assets worth over $100 million, which she has no control over.

As Us previously reported, Zolciak, 47, was issued a subpoena by Green and her legal team in the divorce. Green, who does not blame the reality star for her marriage ending, demanded Zolciak turn over documents related to any gifts Mowitz or his company purchased for her. She also demanded she turn over any communications with Mowitz and answer questions about any travel the two took together.
Green had Zolciak served with the legal papers at her son’s high school football game. Zolciak objected to the subpoena and called out Green for publicly serving her. The Don’t Be Tardy alum said her legal team was already in contact with Green’s regarding a potential deposition and said there was no need for a public spectacle.
During a deposition on June 16, Green did not speak fondly about Zolciak. “I have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s in a very nasty divorce,” Green said. “I’ve heard from others locally in the community that have gone to the same school that her children recently went to that she’s dramatic and didn’t show up much for her children’s activities.”
Green also admitted Zolciak’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, reached out to her to warn Zolciak would “financially” drain Mowitz. (Zolciak and Biermann, 40, wed in 2011 and split in 2023. The exes share six children: Brielle and Ariana, who Zolciak had in a previous relationship but Biermann adopted, along with KJ, Kash and twins Kaia and Kane.)
Mowitz filed for divorce from Green in March. In his filing, the businessman listed the date of marriage as June 24, 2017.
Mowitz’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, previously told Us, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately represent our client’s position relating to this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
On Wednesday, October 22, Zolciak confirmed her romance with Mowitz during a Q&A on social media. She said she went on the first date with him two years after she filed for divorce. Zolciak said she has been with Mowitz ever since.
