The Wales family led the walk to church, with Princess Charlotte waving to the small crowd permitted to gather inside the walls of Windsor Castle for the event.
Charlotte wore a smart camel-coloured coat with a brown velvet collar and cuffs, while her brothers wore suits in the spring sunshine.
At the rear of the group were Lady Sarah Chatto and her husband, Daniel.
The King and Queen were driven to the chapel in the State Bentley. Queen Camilla wore a red wool crepe dress by Fiona Clare and a hat by Philip Treacy with a brooch which had belonged to Queen Elizabeth II.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was missing from the event, the first Easter service since his arrest, as were his daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
