Kristin Cabot, the woman who was involved in the kiss cam drama with former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron during a Coldplay concert, has filed for divorce.
Cabot, who also previously worked for Astronomer, filed a petition for divorce in Portsmouth, N.H., on Aug. 13, NBC News reported.
The divorce process remains ongoing, according to documents that were obtained by the outlet.
A next hearing in the case is scheduled to take place on Nov. 26, NBC News said, citing the documents.
Lawyers for both Cabot and her husband did not respond to NBC News’ request for comment. Cabot has not responded to multiple reachouts done by PEOPLE.

Byron and Cabot found themselves in the center of controversy after going viral for their reaction to being caught on camera while attending a Coldplay concert in Foxboro, Mass., on July 16.
Once they realized that they were on the kiss cam, Cabot covered her face as Byron ducked down.
Their reaction led lead singer Chris Martin to joke that they might be having an “affair” — and as the footage continued to spread online, a media frenzy ensued, with many online purporting to dig up and share personal details about both of their families.
Shortly after Astronomer acknowledged the controversy publicly and announced they were investigating, Byron’s resignation was announced on July 19.
Days later, a rep for Astronomer confirmed to PEOPLE that Cabot, Astronomer’s chief people officer, had also resigned.
Neither Byron nor Cabot has spoken publicly about the nature of their relationship in the weeks since the concert.
Pete DeJoy, the new interim CEO of Astronomer, addressed the incident back in July, while reflecting on how the company will move forward.
“The events of the past few days have received a level of media attention that few companies—let alone startups in our small corner of the data and AI world—ever encounter,” DeJoy wrote. “The spotlight has been unusual and surreal.”
“To our team: thank you for your resilience & commitment to building something great,” he added. “And to our community and customers: thank you for your trust. We won’t let you down.”
