Late “Botched” star Jordan James Parke got chilling warning from show’s doctors years before his death

Before his death, Jordan James Parke was rejected from Botched twice, after the show’s doctors warned him away from additional cosmetic procedures.

The reality star and British influencer, who spent an estimated $150,000 on plastic surgery to look like Kim Kardashian, died Feb. 18 after being found unconscious in London’s Lincoln Plaza. On Monday, officials stated that investigators discovered information suggesting that he was “undergoing a cosmetic procedure prior to his death.”

Following the tragedy, fans of the E! reality series have been revisiting Parke’s two appearances on the show, which saw him meet with doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, in the hopes of having them perform plastic surgery procedures that they ultimately turned down. In his 2016 appearance, Parke explained his non-natural aesthetic to the team of doctors, asked for their advice regarding leaking lip filler, and tried to convince them to surgically alter his nose.

In a private confessional, Dubrow said, “Jordan is one of those categories of patients that we really don’t align ourselves with, which is someone who wants to have a very unnatural look.” The pair still examined Parke, however, and encouraged him to use less filler,  which would allow his lips “get smaller.” As for the nose job, they expressed concern that the look he requested would affect his ability to breathe.

“We know you like doing this, and you’re probably not gonna stop,” Nassif said in the examination room. “If something does happen, remember we don’t condone this, we don’t like this, but we’re here for you if something happens.”

Later, in a confessional, Nassif noted, “It’s hard having patients like Jordan, because no matter what you tell them, they’re just gonna keep on doing it; however it’s worth a shot. I think I can convince him to stay away from his nose because if he keeps on going, he’s gonna destroy himself.”

Parke ultimately left without the doctors performing any procedures. Though they strongly suggested that Parke should avoid further plastic surgery, he returned three years later, having had the enhancements performed elsewhere. By this point, Jordan had also become certified to perform fillers for himself and on others.

“We left you last time with the advice to reduce not augment your lips, because we were worried your lips would fall off,” Dubrow at one point observed.

Nassif later added, “When we said stop filling your lips, we didn’t mean start ruining your nose.”

During Parke’s second appearance on Botched, the doctor duo warned him away from getting more liposuction procedures, with Dubrow explaining, “Liposuction can result in a vicious cycle of more and more liposuction that needs a major surgical procedure to fix.”

Nicknamed “The Lip King,” Jordan insisted that he “love[s] getting treatments done” and feels “addicted” to getting lip filler. Though he was ultimately disappointed when they declined to perform the liposuction procedure that he requested, Parke also voiced gratitude for their advice.

“I appreciate their warnings. I know that their advice is the right advice…but you only live once,” he said, later adding, “It does feel amazing to have two of the best surgeons in the world giving me advice, but I just love getting surgery done. It’s fun.”

The investigation surrounding Parke’s death remains ongoing. On Feb. 20, the Metropolitan Police arrested a 43-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman on suspicion of manslaughter. They have since been released on bail.

Parke faced legal trouble himself in 2024, when he was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter, but not charged, following the death of a woman who underwent a procedure at a clinic he co-owned.
