LeAnn Rimes is experiencing another health setback.

In an Instagram Stories post shared on Wednesday, the Grammy winner announced that two of her upcoming shows would be canceled due to “severe illness.” This update comes months after she underwent a $10,000 blood-cleaning treatment and almost a year after her fake teeth fell out mid-perfomance.

“Due to severe illness, I am unable to travel & perform this week. I’m sorry to share that the upcoming shows in Spokane and Seattle will be rescheduled… also good news as we will be seeing you very soon!” she began. Rimes did not provide further detail about the illness.

The Spokane and Seattle shows that are part of her 30 Years of Blue tour were slated to take place April 30 and May 1, respectively. The new dates are May 31 for Spokane and June 2 for Seattle.

She added that ticket holders would be notified directly in due time, and tickets would remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Rimes noted that if fans are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, they can get a full refund from the point of purchase.

“I am truly heartbroken to have to reschedule and i am so very grateful for your kindness, and continued support as I recover. I look forward to being back on stage and seeing you very soon, Love, LeAnn,” she concluded her update.

The musician has been open with her health struggles in the past, including anxiety, depression, and psoriasis. In January, Rimes underwent a procedure intended to clear her body of “micro-toxins” thanks to a plasma exchange treatment that can cost roughly $10K. “Think of it like an oil change for your body,” Rimes told her followers.

Per Next Health, the treatment’s goal is to “remove plasma from your blood to eliminate inflammatory proteins, toxins, and cellular waste, then replace it with sterile albumin to replenish essential nutrients.” After the treatment, she showed off a bag full of what she jokingly called “sludge.”

Months earlier, in June 2025, while she was singing “One Way Ticket,” Rimes felt something pop and her teeth fell out. She addressed the incident with fans on Instagram, calling it “the most epic example of how the show must go on.”

“I ran to the side of the stage and put it back in, like popped it back in, and then just went on singing,” she explained. “And then I just had to get real with everybody and tell them exactly what was happening, or else I would have had to walk off stage. For the rest of the show, I was literally like this, pushing my teeth in, like every couple lines, and singing.”In March, Rimes shared a video of the “deep jaw release” treatment she underwent. The singer cried during the procedure, which is meant to ease tension in the jaw caused by stress.
