LeAnn Rimes celebrated her 15-year anniversary with Eddie Cibrian with a sweet — and hilarious — tribute that poked fun at health issues while honoring their love.
“15 years of loving you. 15 years of making memories,” Rimes, 43, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, April 22, alongside photos of herself and Cibrian. “Your love is such a gift. and, with all that’s taken place this year, I have new vows.”
Rimes chose to make new promises to Cibrian as they celebrated the major relationship milestone while making reference to her past concert mishap where her teeth fell out on stage.
“In perimenopause and in health … with teeth and without… 😂 Here’s to you catching up and me returning the favor 🦷 Happy 15th anniversary @eddiecibrian,” she continued.
The couple, who got married in 2011, have previously opened up about finding peace in their marriage.
“It’s very calm, which is so nice. My stepsons are 22 and 18 and they’re still living at home. I don’t think they’ll ever move out of our house,” Rimes exclusively told Us Weekly in February. “Everybody is great and everything is so quiet. We both are very calm people and we just [are] enjoying very normal stuff. Then we leave our little nest to go do these things that are our jobs and then we come back and do normal things.”
Rimes gushed about this chapter in their lives, adding, “For me especially, everything has been go, go, go, my whole life. So to be able to settle into something that feels normal and calm was unnerving for a while. Because my nervous system doesn’t know what to do with calm. But I’ve started to train it enough that now it’s just like, ‘Oh, this is a breath of fresh air.’”
Before their anniversary, Rimes spoke with Us about her long-lasting connection with Cibrian.
“If I look back at our relationship, I’m really in awe of the things that we’ve endured and how we’ve grown together,” Rimes shared in October 2025. “The place we’re in now is just so comfortable and calm and quiet. We really find our quiet together. That’s really important.”
Rimes continued: “We love doing simple things together. We’re very normal. That normalcy is what allowed us to have this relationship in this crazy business. Our relationship is better than it’s ever been. I really do have very major moments of gratitude.”
The singer also reflected on how she has changed over the years.
“As you get older, there’s so much that has to be done in order to maintain and take care of your body and your mind,” she said. “Thriving for me is really becoming disciplined about my health and my goals. That just allows me the space to be able to do whatever I want to from that place of really grounded care.”
“We all have to break — and not just once. It will happen often,” Rimes continued. “Rock bottom looks different for everybody [but] you have a choice. In my darkest moments, it’s always been about, ‘How do I find the light again?’”
