The Masters of the Universe movie is on the way!
Travis Knight is directing the forthcoming live-action adaptation of the popular Mattel franchise, bringing such characters He-Man, Skeletor, Teela and more to life.
Here’s a synopsis: After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam back to Eternia where he discovers his home shattered under the fiendish rule of Skeletor. To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with his closest allies, Teela and Duncan/Man-At-Arms, and embrace his true destiny as He-Man — the most powerful man in the universe.
Filming on the movie took place in 2025, wrapping in June, and the first teaser trailer was recently released. Check it out here!
Masters of the Universe is slated to hit theaters on June 5, 2026 via Amazon MGM Studios.
