Looking back at Ted Turner and Jane Fonda’s marriage
The late Ted Turner and Jane Fonda shared in one of the most publicized marriages of the 1990s, wedding in 1991 until their permanent split in 2001.
The two stayed married for roughly a decade, even though Fonda claimed to know of Turner’s infidelity soon after their ceremony.
Turner and Fonda were photographed aplenty during their relationship, including at numerous Atlanta Braves games since Turner was the out-in-front owner of the MLB franchise.
Despite separating at the turn of the millennium, Fonda said still held positive views of Turner, even calling him “my favorite ex-husband.” We’ve not gotten word from Fonda on Turner’s death just yet.

According to PEOPLE, Fonda wrote in her memoir that their differences, including her decision to become a Christian, led to their decision to get divorced.
