LUBBOCK, Texas (NEWS RELEASE) – The Lubbock Municipal Garden and Arts Center (GAC) is thrilled to invite the community to its 55th Annual Fall Festival, a vibrant celebration of creativity and community spirit. This free, family-friendly event will take place on Saturday, September 13 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Garden and Arts Center, located at 4215 University Avenue.
The Fall Festival is a Lubbock tradition, bringing together local artists, craft vendors, food trucks, and live entertainment. Attendees can browse and purchase handmade items, enjoy delicious concessions, watch artist demonstrations and experience performances from local musicians, dancers, actors and entertainers. If you are looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday, the Fall Festival promises something for everyone.
On view in the Garden and Arts Center Cultural Hall gallery during Fall Festival will be two exhibits – Art, Environment, Sustainability featuring artists from the School of Art, Texas Tech University and Clark Family School of Environment & Sustainability, and Special Needs Art Class Student Exhibition featuring a collection of pastel artworks made by students of artist Henry Salley.
The live entertainment schedule for the day will be:

- 10:00 AM – Much Ado About Nothing, Act 1
- 11:00 AM – Pride of West Texas Chorus
- 12:00 PM – Contra Dance Lubbock
- 1:00 PM – Lubbock Area Square & Round Dance Federation
- 2:00 PM – Halau Hula ‘O Anelalani
- 3:00 PM – The Relics
- 4:00 PM – Loop918
