Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have nothing but good things to say about co-parenting. During the premiere of “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” Ben talked about their three children – Violet (19), Seraphina (16), and Samuel (13), whom he co-parents with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
On the red carpet in New York City, he told Access Hollywood that “he couldn’t be more proud of his children and he is lucky to have a great partner in Jennifer Garner”.

Actor and filmmaker Ben Affleck attended the red carpet event for the premiere of “Kiss of the Spider Woman”, a film that he produced. He gave an interview to Access Hollywood regarding his role in the film.
The father of three also spoke about his daughter, Violet, who recently testified at the UN (United Nations) in favor of clean air infrastructure.
According to People, in July, Affleck and Garner were seen taking in a Boston Red Sox game against the Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park in Boston, Mass. Two of the former couple’s children, Seraphina and Samuel, joined in for the game. However, Affleck and Garner’s eldest daughter, Violet, was absent.
While opening up about his co-parenting with Jennifer Garner, Affleck went on to gush about his eldest child.
He said, “I could not be more proud of my children. I can’t even tell you. Violet takes after her mom. She’s spectacular,” he added, in reference to Garner. “I am very lucky, I have got a great partner and we got great kids. It’s the joy of my life, and I am just very, very lucky. And it makes me happy every day,” were his words.
Affleck and Garner got married in 2005 and soon after announced their separation in 2015. Their divorce was finalized in 2018.
Affleck became romantically involved with Jennifer Lopez again in May 2021. The couple got married in July 2022, but by late spring 2024, they had not been spotted together for months. Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024, which was finalized in February 2025.
However, Affleck and Lopez were seen during the premiere of “Kiss of a Spider Woman”, and the ex-couple posed for a red carpet picture together.
