Madonna‘s wishes came true on her birthday this year!
On Monday, August 18, the pop icon posted a video on Instagram highlighting her 67th birthday celebrations, which included attending the Palio di Siena horse race in Italy with her boyfriend Akeem Morris, 29, and her daughters Lourdes, 28, and Mercy, 19.
“My dream for many years has been to watch the Palio horse race in Sienna that takes place on my birthday, August 16, since 1482!!” the “Material Girl” singer penned in her caption.
“There are no words to describe the excitement, the suspense and the Pageantry!!” she gushed. “A truly sacred ritual to witness thousands of people hushed to a silence before the race begins! The race itself is impossible to describe.”

Madonna’s reel was filled with clips of her and loved ones in celebration mode. One clip featured her dancing with Morris — who she’s been romantically tied to since 2024 — and another showed her hitting the dance floor with her daughters.
The video also revealed she enjoyed a firework show and a larger-than-life pink cake in the shape of a Labubu, which read, “Happy Birthday Madudu.”
