On Friday, July 3, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were married at Madison Square Garden, where they hosted over 1,000 guests. On the list of celebrities at the massive event was country singer Maren Morris. She and fellow musical star Kelsea Ballerini seemingly attended together, and they both shared photos from their night the following day.
Morris’s carousel of images included a shot of a very special party favor given to guests from Swift and Kelce. The very last frame showed a white handkerchief embroidered with their wedding date, the letter T with a heart, and a lyric from Swift’s big hit “Blank Space,” reading “So it’s gonna be forever…”
The couple hosted a smaller rehearsal dinner with only 100 people, and Page Six reported that those attendees got more extravagant party favor boxes, covered in velvet and embossed with the same T and heart that’s on the handkerchief. Inside, there was reportedly a single large champagne flute encrusted with real diamonds.
Amongst the guests at both parties was Selena Gomez, one of Swift’s closest friends. Gomez wore a black Oscar de la Renta gown with Jimmy Choo shoes, with sparkling Fernando Jorge jewelry, including $29,000 earrings and an $11,000 ring.
Swift was at Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding in September, held in Montecito, California. She told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show in October, “I got to see her be the most elegant, gorgeous, not only bride, but just vision that I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve never seen anything so beautiful as her on her wedding day. And she deserves all this happiness. Benny is—he’s him. He’s so funny. He’s the best.”
