1. Bastrop County Health Fair
Bastrop Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the community event focused on local health agencies, preventive care, exercise, nutrition and more. The event will also include free CPR training sessions, mammograms, blood donation opportunities and kids activities.
2. Soul Circuit: Juneteenth Rodeos in Texas
Bastrop County Museum & Visitor Center will host a traveling exhibition from Humanities Texas exploring African American rodeos and Black cowboy heritage in Texas through stories of riders, ropers and community traditions.

Texas Market Guide will host a two-day shopping event featuring vendors with gifts, home decor, jewelry, artisan food and more.

4. Rainwater Harvesting 101 Workshop
Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District will host a workshop on how to capture, store and use rainwater for homes and gardens.
5. Abbey Lights Up COTA Gala
The Abigail E. Keller Foundation will host its annual gala with dinner, auctions, a raffle, entertainment and a program supporting medically fragile children and their families.

6. Bastrop Live
Discover Bastrop’s monthlong live music series will draw residents and visitors to local businesses and performance spaces, from coffee shops and bars to outdoor venues, while spotlighting Bastrop’s music scene.
7. PFLAG Austin Bastrop support group
The confidential support group is for LGBTQ+ people, as well as family, friends and allies. Attendees can participate in discussions, offer personal experience or just observe.
8. Disney’s Newsies
Bastrop Opera House will present the musical inspired by the 1899 newsboys’ strike, following Jack Kelly and a group of newsboys pushing back against publishers for fair treatment.
