Ashlee Simpson is a proud mom of three kids.

The “Pieces of Me Singer” became a mom for the first time in 2008 when she welcomed her son, Bronx Mowgli, with her then-husband, Pete Wentz. The couple later divorced in 2011.

Simpson went on to marry Diana Ross‘ son, Evan Ross, in 2014, and the pair welcomed two children: Jagger Snow in 2015 and Ziggy Blu in 2020.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in September 2018, Simpson and Ross opened up about their blended family and amicable co-parenting relationship with Wentz.

“I grew up with a big family,” Ross said. “I think it’s a beautiful thing. My relationship with Pete has been amazing. He’s an amazing father. He knows I love his son very much, but it’s his son.”

For years, Simpson stepped back from her career to focus on her family. She made a brief return to the stage in 2025 with a Las Vegas residency, telling PEOPLE that her biggest fan, Jagger, “influenced me to get up here and go again.”

Then, she competed alongside Ross on season 14 of The Masked Singer — ultimately winning the show during the April 1 finale.

Bronx Mowgli Wentz, 17

Simpson and her ex-husband, Wentz, welcomed their son, Bronx, on Nov. 20, 2008.

“Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!” a spokesperson told PEOPLE at the time.

The former couple tied the knot in an Alice in Wonderland-themed wedding in May 2008, but separated just years later in February 2011 — Bronx was 2 years old at the time.

Simpson’s rep told PEOPLE that she and Wentz were focused on being “deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our No. 1 priority.”

When Simpson married Ross in 2014, the actor said their transition into a blended family came easily. During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show in February 2015, the 90210 star detailed his close relationship with Bronx.

“He’s my friend, we became like homies, we’re good buddies,” he said. “It’s amazing. I can’t even tell you how incredible that child is — he’s unbelievable! He’s been a blessing in my life, and I’ve learned so much from him.”

Coming from a family of musicians, it seems inevitable that Bronx would take an interest in music. When he was 6 years old, Simpson told PEOPLE, “He’s so into music. He loves to dance around and he writes little songs. They’re good! It’s so cute.”

As for being a big brother, Simpson’s eldest proudly takes on the role.

“Bronx is so sweet with her. Jagger is like literally going into his room as he’s like talking on the phone with his friends and he’s so kind and loving with her,” the former pop star told PEOPLE Now.

In November 2023, Simpson shared a birthday tribute to her older son. “Happy birthday BRONX,” the proud mom wrote on her Instagram Stories. “Thank you for making me a mom! I can’t believe your [sic] 15.”

Jagger Snow Ross, 10

Simpson and Ross welcomed their first child together, Jagger, on July 30, 2015. The couple announced the arrival of their daughter with an Instagram post, writing, “We are overjoyed about the birth of our precious baby girl, Jagger Snow Ross.”

Despite this being her second pregnancy, the “Outta My Head” artist told PEOPLE that it felt like a whole new experience.

“I think that no matter what, with every child it’s different,” she said a few months before Jagger’s birth. “It feels new to me too, and it’s been six years, so I’m like, ‘Here we go! We gotta learn how to get the swaddle on again!’ “

A few years later, Simpson and Ross shared the funny events surrounding their first child’s birth. On the day of Jagger’s birth, Ross’ mother, Diana, walked straight into the delivery room.

“While [Simpson] was having the baby, we said we were going to do it just us, but then we saw both our parents behind the curtain watching,” he told PEOPLE in 2018. “Also, those nurses can’t stop my mom! Like, Diana Ross just walks in.”

By the time she was 6 years old, Jagger already had big aspirations of following in her parents’ creative footsteps. In August 2021, Simpson posted a photo of Jagger getting ready to head off for her first day of kindergarten. In the sweet photo, she held a chalkboard that featured some of her career goals, including becoming an “artist, movie star and [to] walk on a runway.”

Just a year later, Jagger was well on her way to fulfilling those dreams. In August 2022, Simpson posted a photo on Instagram of her daughter’s modeling debut in a campaign for the fashion label Fear of God. The following year, she posed with both her parents for a romper collection her mom helped design.

Her modeling debut came a few months after Ross revealed on his Instagram that Jagger had also ventured into music. Her voice can be heard at the beginning of “Turn Up the Sunshine,” a song his mother Diana and Tame Impala created for the Minions: The Rise of Gru soundtrack.

Jagger turned 10 in July 2025, and Simpson marked the milestone with a celebratory trip to Disneyland with her daughter.

Ziggy Blu Ross, 5

Simpson and Ross celebrated the arrival of their second child together, Ziggy, on Oct. 29, 2020.

The pair announced the birth of their son on Instagram, sharing a photo of the newborn swaddled in a blanket with their hands placed gently on top of him.

“10-29-2020 Ziggy Blu Ross. Our sweet boy has arrived! I’m over the MOON we are so Blessed!” Simpson wrote in her caption, while Ross wrote, “I’m in heaven.”

The couple’s son also happens to share a birthday with his aunt, Tracee Ellis Ross. She posted a since-deleted photo of the newborn with the caption, “ZIGGY BLU and AUNTIE TRACEE ~ birthday twins. This little magic bundle arrived on my birthday. The gift of life! Welcome to the world and to the family, my little nephew. I’m already in love.”

When he was only a few weeks away from his first birthday, Simpson shared how Ziggy’s two siblings enjoyed being a family of five.

“He’s got a real sweet personality, so he’s a real hit,” the mom of three told PEOPLE in October 2021. “Jagger loves to entertain him. She likes to sing and dance for him.”

In June 2022, the couple took Ziggy to see his grandmother perform for the first time. Simpson, Ross and their three children attended Diana’s show at The O2 Arena in London.

“Ziggy’s first show seeing his Ami,” the singer wrote over a photo of Ross holding the toddler on her Instagram Stories. She also shared a video of her two younger children dancing to “You Can’t Hurry Love.”

Ross celebrated his son’s third birthday in October 2023 with a sweet Instagram tribute. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY KING ZIGGY. I love you more then [sic] is even possible !!! U ARE 3 Years OLD,” he wrote in the caption.
