Meghan Markle Posts Never-Before-Seen Photos of Princess Lilibet for Her 5th Birthday

Happy birthday, Princess Lilibet!

Today, the youngest child of Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry celebrates her fifth trip around the sun, and the moment was commemorated on Meghan’s Instagram account, where she shared two new photos of the birthday girl.

“Our dream girl,” Meghan wrote in the caption. “Happy 5th birthday, Lili 🤍.”

The first photo sees the Duke and Duchess of Sussex smiling at their daughter. Meghan wears an olive green long-sleeve and matching slacks in a slightly brighter hue, which are cinched with a brown leather belt. Meanwhile, Harry holds Lilibet in his arms, while wearing a navy blue button-up and matching pants.

As for the birthday girl, she wears a mint green minidress with a ruched bodice and floral details along the bottom hem. And in the second photo, she’s seen walking around a lush yard, presumably the one behind the Sussex family home.

As per usual, Meghan made sure to keep the young princess’s face out of the photos, however, Lilibet’s bright-red hair was on full display (a trait that she clearly got from her father).

Since making her return to Instagram in early 2025, Meghan has increasingly given her followers more glimpses into her family life.

Just last month, her son Archie celebrated his seventh birthday, which she celebrated with a slideshow of sweet family photos. The first saw Harry snuggling up with their eldest not long after he was born, while the second featured a more grown-up Archie walking along the beach with his younger sister.

Princess Lilibet was born on June 4, 2021, at the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. She arrived a little over a year after Harry and Meghan stepped down from their senior positions as royals and moved the family to Montecito, California, where they have remained ever since.
