Prince Harry And Queen Camilla’s Strained Relationship
Although Prince Harry is reportedly trying to reconcile with his family – starting with his father, King Charles, before possibly reuniting with his estranged brother, Prince William – his relationship with his stepmother remains very strained.
Previous reports have claimed that Queen Camilla doesn’t think Prince Harry meeting up with his father is good for the King’s health because of all the “stress and drama” he seems to bring with him.
It’s no secret that the Duke of Sussex and Queen Camilla don’t see eye to eye, and seemingly haven’t from the very start of her relationship with King Charles. But things unsurprisingly got worse when Prince Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals in 2020, and even more so since Prince Harry slammed her in his bombshell memoir, Spare, in 2023 and referred to her as a “villain.”

A source reportedly told RadarOnline that Meghan felt Queen Camilla had been out to get her since “day one,” with the insider adding: “She’s convinced Camilla has been trying to undermine her and paint her as the villain from day one, and she’s adamant that she won’t open herself up to more cruelty.”
“She’s been so openly critical of Meghan within their inner circle from almost the very beginning; it’s like she’s taken it upon herself to be the family attack dog and has said out loud what others might think but are too polite to actually articulate,” the source continued.
