The much-awaited collection was showcased in the gardens of the Cité internationale universitaire in Paris. The coveted event featured Hollywood stars such as Cynthia Erivo, Demi Moore, and Naomi Watts. Interestingly, despite being “good friends” with Markle, she was nowhere to be seen at the event.
Sources claimed that the former actress was not invited to the event, giving a brutal verdict on her absence. American journalist Paula Froelich shed light on why Markle was not given front-row seats at last week’s fashion show, writing on her Substack: “Noticeably, one person was not at the show: his supposed good friend and ‘collaborator’ (according to her), the Duchess of Sussex.”
Froelich revealed that when she asked if the Duchess would be attending, her insider bluntly stated, “‘Oh God no, she was not invited… Not after what happened last time.’”
For those unversed, the Suits star famously attended the designer’s Ready-to-Wear fashion show during Paris Fashion Week in October 2025. However, the Duchess’s appearance generated controversy for several reasons. Reports at the time stated she “invited herself,” alongside allegations that she arrived late for the event.
