Meghan McCain is calling out some of her haters.
Two months after welcoming her baby son Ransom, the podcaster and mom of three, 41, is hitting back after receiving some negative comments about her body.
“Keep the fat comments coming because I’m sorry to disappoint so many of you, I will not be going on any of the ozempic shots despite just having my third child,” McCain wrote in a post on X.
“No judgment to those who do, but I just don’t believe in the concept of a magic shot — everything has a price,” she continued, adding, “I also don’t want my face to change.”
Some people have reported that drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro cause an aged appearance, a side effect that is dubbed “Ozempic face.”

McCain shares her three kids, son Ransom and daughters Liberty Sage, 5, and Clover Jade, 2, with husband Ben Domenech.
In February, McCain got candid about why she hasn’t been sharing many photos of her baby son in a post on her Instagram Stories. At the time, the mom of three said she hasn’t posted many pictures because she wants to “protect” her kids from “haters” on the Internet.
“I appreciate so many of you asking for pics and baby updates and I know a lot of you have been following my life since 2008 and I am so grateful,” McCain said in her statement. “Everyone is happy and healthy, thank GOD.”
“I will (possibly) share when I am in the baby moon maternity phase. It all gets harder as I get older,” she explained. “For every wonderful person — I have just as many psychos, haters and stalkers (and so does Ben).”

“We give controversial political opinions for a living and both have for almost 20 years. I don’t mind being polarizing when it comes to my work but I don’t want to subject my kids to any of the bulls—. And it’s my job to protect them. Please be patient with me, it’s hard to navigate.”
In January, PEOPLE exclusively revealed that McCain had welcomed her third baby with Domenech. The couple’s son, Ransom McCain Domenech, was born on Friday, Jan. 2.
“Everyone is happy, healthy and exhausted,” McCain told PEOPLE in a statement. “We’re absolutely over the moon that our baby boy is here.”
“We’re so grateful to the incredible doctors and medical staff who took such wonderful care of all of us,” McCain continued. “Liberty and Clover are so excited to have a baby brother. Our family is so blessed.”
