Mia Goth turned to Ferragamo‘s runway designs for her attire at the “Frankenstein” screening in New York City on Monday night.
The actress, who costars in the film alongside Oscar Isaac and Jacob Elordi, wore a sleeveless, sheer midi dress from the Italian luxury fashion house’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The dress’ black sheer fabric lent itself to a gothic style sensibility, in sartorial harmony with the “Frankenstein” Victorian gothic visual motifs.

The actress wore black, low-rise shorts beneath the dress and an ornate-designed bandeau bra with sinuous lines drawing inspiration from paisley pattern motifs. Goth paired the look with strappy black sandal heels and accessorized with jewelry pieces by Tiffany & Co.
Among her designer jewelry pieces, Goth wore the Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. leaves necklace in platinum and 18-karat yellow gold with more than 43 carats of diamonds, the Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. multiplication ear clips in yellow gold and platinum and the Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. Ailsa ring in 18-karat yellow gold and platinum with a diamond of more than six carats and diamonds. Jewelry pieces from the label’s collections were also featured in Guillermo del Toro’s adaptation of “Frankenstein.”

Goth’s dress hit the runway in a romantic gothic setting during Milan Fashion Week in March. Featuring a runway strewn with red flower petals, British designer and Ferragamo creative director Maximilian Davis orchestrated an homage to German choreographer Pina Bausch’s dancers.
“Since the off-duty model look has gone the way of skinny jeans, how about the off-duty Pina Bausch dancer?” Miles Socha asked in WWD’s review of the collection. “Models dressed in handsome wool overcoats and nightgown-like silk gowns tread a runway carpeted in red rose petals, their bare feet slid into furry flip-flops at the Ferragamo show, which saw creative director Maximilian Davis continuing to explore the world of dance,” Socha wrote.
