Did Milania Giudice subtly address the news of her arrest? Some fans think so.
“None of us sit high enough to look down on anybody,” Milania, 20, shared via Instagram Stories on Thursday, June 11, reposting the message from an inspirational quote account on the platform. “Be humble.”
Teresa Giudice’s 20-year-old daughter posted the cryptic message hours after it was confirmed that she had been arrested for assault in New Jersey last month. She followed up with a second repost, which appeared to be directed toward Teresa, 54.
“I hope my mom never carries the weight of thinking she wasn’t enough,” the quote shared on Milania’s Instagram read. “I could fill pages with the quiet, beautiful ways she shaped my life.”
One Bravo fan account shared her post via X alongside a message that read, “Milania loves her family and she’s so loved.”
Us Weekly confirmed on Thursday that Milania was involved in a domestic violence incident on May 14. She was taken into custody by the Montville Township police at the time.
The complaint has been marked as “confidential,” so further details have yet to be released. Montville Township Police Chief Andrew Caggiano did, however, confirm Milania’s arrest in a statement obtained by Us on Thursday.
“On May 14, 2026, the Montville Township Police Department received a report of a dispute at a residence in town,” the statement read. “The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice being charged on a summons complaint with one count of Simple Assault, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C: 12-1a(1) a Disorderly Persons Offense.”
Caggiano continued, “She was released pending her next court appearance. A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”
A hearing was held on May 19, but no plea was entered.
Milania rose to fame while appearing alongside her family on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, which premiered via Bravo in 2009. She is currently a student at the University of Tampa, majoring in advertising and public relations.
Teresa and ex-husband Joe Giudice are parents to Milania, along with daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, and Audriana, 16. (Teresa and Joe split in 2019 after he was deported to his native Italy following a 41-month prison sentence. He currently resides in the Bahamas.)
The family has yet to publicly address news of Milania’s arrest.
