Social media personality Molly-Mae Hague has described her experience competing in The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer as one of the “most insane experiences” of her life.
The influencer, widely known for her appearance on ITV’s Love Island, was crowned Star Baker during the latest episode of the Channel 4 charity special.
The 26-year-old featured on the programme on Sunday night, where she competed against dancer JoJo Siwa, writer Richard Herring, and comedian Babatunde Aleshe.
The quartet aimed to impress judges Paul Hollywood, the renowned TV cook, and pastry chef Cherish Finden. Their challenges included crafting traybakes, tarte tatin, and biscuits shaped like childhood toys.
After securing the episode’s victory and receiving her coveted Star Baker apron, Hague took to Instagram to share her disbelief.

She wrote: “Still trying to process that this even happened. Taking part in Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer was honestly one of the most insane experiences of my life. Just so grateful to have been part of something so special for such an incredible cause. I’ll truly never get over it.”
Her partner, boxer Tommy Fury, commented “Proud” on the post, while fellow Love Island star Maura Higgins also offered messages of support.
Hague met both Higgins and Fury during her time on the reality dating show in 2019. The couple welcomed their daughter, Bambi, in January 2023 and announced in February that they are expecting their second child.
Stand Up To Cancer is a collaborative national fundraising initiative by Cancer Research UK and Channel 4. Other notable figures participating in the celebrity baking series include Radio DJ Scott Mills, One Day actress Ambika Mod, and comedian Joe Wilkinson.
The next instalment of The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer is scheduled to air on Channel 4 on Sunday, April 5.
